I received all Givenchy products
So I received Givenchy products thanks to the Glamour Beauty Club. As soon as I saw the products, I couldn’t help but think how fancy they were! With Givenchy being quite a high-end brand, I’ve just never got round to trying their products. So I was super excited to see what I thought of the brand! I was lucky enough to get my mitts on the new L’Interdit fragrance and the Noir Couture Mascara.
L’Interdit the new fragrance by Givenchy
I absolutely love this fragrance. L’Interdit is really long lasting. And is definitely unforgettable and intense like Givenchy claim. It’s super sexy and is definitely the bottle you’ll be reaching for on date night. Givenchy describe the fragrance as a tribute to bold femininity. And an invitation to defy convention and embrace your singularity (erm…)
To those perfume experts out there, the fragrance is a blend of a white flower and a dark accord. The white notes are orange blossom, jasmine and tuberose are interlaced with darker more mysterious notes of vetiver and patchouli. This means nothing to me, sorry!
When it comes to perfume, if I find one I like I stick to it. But this fragrance will definitely be getting added to by Christmas list. You can pick a bottle up from £51 at Debenhams.
Noir Couture Mascara by Givenchy
The Noir Couture Mascara is very very similar to Better Than Sex by Too Faced. The effect is very similar…defined, long, natural looking lashes in seconds! However, with only receiving the mini, I found the mascara very hard to apply due to the shape of the brush. The top lashes were fine, but my bottom lashes were very fiddly. However, the full sized product has a much larger wand, so i’m guessing application would be much easier.
I probably would buy the Noir Couture Mascara, as I’m intrigued to see what effect I’d have using the larger wand. You can purchase the Noir Couture Mascara from Debenhams for £26.
