The summer lip products I’m loving

Lipgloss and lipstick: my current faves

I don’t know about you, but for me, summer means gloss…and a lot of it! And when you finally part with the gloss, summer is also about channelling a natural looking nude, am I right? I’ve ended my break from blogging with a little run down of my favourite summer lip looks. And you know what’s the best part? They’re all under £6! Read on to discover the lip products I’m loving right now…

Highstreet gloss

I’ve made a pact with myself to stop buying higher end lip products. This is basically because I’ve got a collection of at least 30 Mac lipsticks, along with loads of lip products from other brands, that I barely ever touch anymore! And is there anything more depressing than your fave lipstick gathering dust?

And let’s be honest, when it comes to lip products, can you really spot the difference between high-end and high-street? I get super lazy with my makeup in summer too. So mixing up my lip colour is a quick way to change up my look!

The products I’m loving

Barry M’s Gloss Me Up Range delivers a super glossy finish with minimum touch-ups! It’s in a lovely light nude shade too, which just screams that cool minimum effort vibe!

Both Lottie London and NYX do a huge range of nudes that are perfect for that minimum summer look. Both brands produce really high-quality formulas, that’ll have you in total shock that they both come in at under £6!

Out of these four lip products, Bustier by Makeup Revolution is my favourite shade! It’s a sort of a coral/nude, which looks amazing with a tan.
